For a couple years, I thought sous-vide cooking was interesting. Then my friend Jan showed me what he was doing with it—and I was completely blown away.

I knew I needed to start my own experiments cooking with the sous-vide technique. But I didn’t want to start by spending top-dollar on the very good equipment he recommended.

This is the product I bought to start experimenting with sous-vide after looking at several different appliances and reading lots of reviews.

The is an 1100 watts powered, wi-fi enabled immersion circulator. I use it a couple times per week and it’s a great device for its price.
